City Wide Community Center:
Senior Health Clinics are offered at two Parks & Rec locations:
The first Tuesday of each month: 9 AM – 1 PM 
The third Friday of each month: 10 AM – 1 PM 
West Street Ward House:
Services offered include foot care, blood pressure screening, B-12 injections, medication
education, and nutritional education. Senior Health Clinic services are provided for a
suggested donation of $10, however, services are provided regardless of a person's
ability to pay.

Our senior groups are welcoming and
constantly growing at both Senior program
locations! Residents of Concord &
Penacook may receive a Passport at no
cost, while non-residents can obtain one
for just $50 per year.
