PRESCHOOL YOGA
In this Intro to Yoga class you will find a yoga experience that gives little ones the space to freely move their bodies while being
introduced to various yoga postures and mindfulness exercises through songs, games and books. Children’s yoga has been shown to
increase self-esteem, improve emotional regulation, enhance concentration and develop a sense of self. Kids will also be able to craft
their social and emotional skills in a safe group setting! We will always follow the child’s lead. Parent participation is not required, but
